Moza KS stuurwiel gelanceerd
Moza lanceert nieuwe producten bij de vleet en hoewel veel er van nog daadwerkelijk beschikbaar moet komen zijn er ook sturen zoals de KS welke direct te bestellen zijn. Het Moza KS stuurwiel is een GT style stuurwiel met een "butterfly" design zoals Moza het noemt.
De prijs is met €309,- relatief laag te noemen als je kijkt naar de features. Zo is het stuurwiel opgebouwd uit een "carbon reinforced body" (wat vaak niets anders betekend dan gegoten plastic behuizing welke met carbon vezel verstevigd is), magnetische shifters met zogenaamde hall sensor, clutch pedals, een handvol RGB buttons, thumb encodes, 3 rotaries en is hij ook nog eens compatible met andere wheelbases dan die van Moza (in zo'n geval is wel een usb verbinding met de PC vereist).
Gewicht van het stuur is met iets meer dan 1200 gram relatief licht waardoor je er ook nog goed mee uit de voeten zou moeten kunnen op bijvoorbeeld Moza R5 wheelbase met een relatief beperkte torque. De handvatten van het Moza KS stuurwiel zijn gemaakt van TPE en volgens Moza voorzien van een "coating" welke optische slijtage tegen zou moeten gaan.
Al met al "feature wise" dus geen verkeerd stuurtje met een concurrerende prijs.
