Simucube lanceert "nieuwe" Valo GT-23

Simucube lanceert een nieuw stuur, de Valo GT-23 welke vooral een evolutie lijkt te zijn van de Tahko GT21 welke inmiddels al een aardige poos op de markt is. Voornaamste verschil met de Tahko 21 is de gewijzigde layout als gevolg van de toevoeging van flag en rev leds en 3 extra rotaries en een extra 7-way joystick.

Het nieuwe Valo GT-23 stuur is uitgerust met magnetische shifters en een dubbele koppeling. Dankzij de neodymium magneten hebben de magnetische schakelflippers een goede tactile feedback volgens Simucube. De dubbele koppeling gebruikt nu hall sensoren. Hoewel de verstelbare "bite point" van de koppeling tegenwoordig minder gebruikt wordt vanwege rollende starts in de meeste race games kunnen ze ook nog voor andere toepassingen worden ingezet, ze kunnen bijvoorbeeld dienen als alternatief voor een echte handrem bij rally games.

The rim of the wheel is made from black anodised CNC milled aluminium, covered with a material called Alcantara. Sounds fancy, feels like that as well.

We outdid ourselves with this one. Simucube Valo GT-23 not only includes two 7-way switches, ten high-quality industrial-grade buttons with aluminium button goards, but it also comes with two rotary encoders and two thumb encoders.

Equipped with hall effect sensors and an adjustable position, enabling rapid and precise bite point starts or convenient handbrake control, ensuring you can keep your hands on the wheel at all times.
